Eterna floorboards are warranted for 25 years against any defects in workmanship,
classification, staining, and finishing. In addition, Parquets Dubeau Ltd. also warrants its floors against
premature wear, premature discoloration, and premature yellowing under normal
residential use.
Where warranty applies, Eterna will either repair or replace defective floorboards
as its discretion. In the event of problems relating to the handling or installation of Eterna products,
responsibility lies with the distributor, retailer, or installer.
This warranty does not cover normal floor wear or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or
use of cleaning products other than those specifically recommended by Eterna in the maintenance pamphlet
available from your specialized Eterna retailer or Parquet Dubeau Ltd.
This warranty does not cover floorboard damage such as marks or scratches caused by blows, impacts,
the rubbing of heavy objects or abrasives, or high-heeled or hard-soled shoes.
The warranty does not cover deterioration caused by water, animals, insects, or extreme
environmental conditions.
